As a founding member of the firm, Pilar Prinz specializes in domestic relations and family law matters including divorce, family violence proceedings, custody, child support, post-divorce matters, prenuptial agreements, legitimation and paternity.
She is listed as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in Georgia (2014-2018), Top 50 Women Attorneys in Georgia (2012-2018), a Super Lawyer since 2010, and one of Georgia Trend’s “Legal Elite” (2007-2015). Pilar is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
From 2010-2011, Pilar served as President of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL), and is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, presently serving on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section and formerly having served as Chairperson of the Family Law Section, Young Lawyers Division. She is a prior member of the State Bar’s Committee for Promotion of Inclusion in the Profession, and an active member of the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, Family Law Section and Weltner Family Law Inn of Court.
Pilar is a frequent guest legal commentator on CNN, HLN, Tru TV’s In Session, and Fox News. She is also a board member of the American Jewish Committee, Atlanta office, as well as a board member of the Serenbe Playhouse. Pilar was selected to the Leadership Atlanta class of 2017.

Graduating from Florida State University, cum laude, in 1995 with a degree in Business Management, Pilar earned her JD and MBA from Emory University in 2000, where she served as Articles Editor on the Emory Law Journal.
Originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Pilar lives in Morningside with her husband and two children.
